Merry, Merry Still

With the third block of the Merry, Merry Snowmen block of the month program scheduled to land in my mailbox in the next couple days, I thought it was about time to finish the second block. My friends and I signed up for the program through Rossville Quilts and we've noticed the kits arrive around the Friday before our second Saturday stitchery gathering--which is this weekend. Gosh, but it seems like we just got this second kit!

I'll still need to add the embellishments, like eyes, buttons, and ribbon, but all that will be added at the end, after I've quilted the quilt.

If this block of the month is one you've been admiring, it's not too late to sign up--you can click on the link above to take you to the program we're doing or check some of the other online shops. I know this is going to be really cute when it's done.

Kim, Have you purchased other BOM's from Rossville Quilts? Are you satisfied with the amount of fabric you've received etc.? There is the new Edyta BOM starting soon that looks just beautiful that I may consider purchasing. Please let me know your thoughts

Hello Kim!! I found your blog by way of googling how to dye wool using koolaid....You had an older post that I read EVERY SINGLE WORD of.....Excellent! I am a wool wanta-be.....You will get my drift if you tip toe over to my blog... I am a cross stitcher that is trying to incorporate quilting/fabrics/wools in the finishing process and make things unique....Nice to find your blog...Now, to go find your "follower" button! Faye

I was inspired to sign up for this BOM after I saw it when you posted it back in December or January. I haven't even finished my first block though. I think I need a group of friends to sew with and egg me on!
