Sugar Daddy Wanted

This working full time thing--well, it's hard. I think I've solved the problem though: I need a sugar daddy. Too bad I didn't think of THAT when I was young, cute, and didn't have all these stray chin hairs.

The other option? I figured that if everyone who reads my blog would be kind enough to send me between $5 and $15 a month (amount to be based on a sliding scale that takes into account the reader's income and his/her enjoyment of my blog)--well, that would work too.

Or there's one more option: Several of you (about a dozen would be good) could sign up for the hostess plan. All you'd need to do is agree to feed and house me for one month a year and then pay my travel expenses to the next destination. I'm reasonably tidy, I don't drink alcohol (very often), and other than the hum of my sewing machine, I'm pretty quiet.

I mean really--aren't these ideas completely reasonable? I'll post a sign-up list soon. Watch for it.

Please make sure you can have quilting friend visitors. We of course would bring snacks, our own extension cords and machines and promise not to laugh too loud after ten pm.

I always wondered about the photos of you--just the top of your head and your feet. Now I know "it's the chin hair" you are hiding. You make me laugh! Love it. I'll take you for a week.

Lol! Darn! Why don't these ideas occur to us when we are young and beautiful? Yeah, I've got problems with chin hairs now too. (Actually, can't really complain. I don't work which makes my Bradley the sugar daddy!)

A few of us could sponsor you out to Aus.....you could travel around and give classes...of course you would have to bring Gran to carry your bags for you......no sugar daddy for me either...not even one on the horizon.....so guess I will stick to working full time...I will need to if I am to sponsor you to visit!

Reading my MIND again!!! About the Sugar Daddy, I mean, and most certainly about the chin hairs. This "work" stuff interferes with my free time!!!!!

LOL! What great ideas, but won't you miss your hubby? I'd be happy to donate since I love your blog, but with teacher salaries in Iowa I can hardly support myself!! Good luck.

LOLOL....I'll feed you and Gran and give you a place to sleep but you have to pay your own traveling expenses. :)

LOL! Nothing like a stretch of time at home to make you realize how hard it is to find your own time when you go back to work. Happened to me every year after summer vacation from school. Ahh retirement! Not sure how I ever had time to work. I think the traveling plan would be wonderful still! LOL!

Ok, that forget the Sugar Daddy..sometimes they "require" things! Let's just win the lottery and sew to our hearts content.

You are too funny, Kim! Hope work is going well for ya!

I think maybe you could change careers and be a comedian. I sure do get a laugh out of reading your blog.

Too funny Kim....just get some really good tweezers and a good magnifying mirror and use every day! Oh, and the lottery ticket win would be WONDERFUL! Did you buy yours yet for tonight? Mumzie

My Sugar Daddy says he can't afford the one he's got...plus, he says we don't have any more room for fabric!

But I run this joint, so come on down! You'll be saying "ya'll" like you were born here before you know it!
