Yep, still sick.
We had plans to get together with friends to celebrate the holidays this afternoon and we DID, but after a couple hours, I was worn out and it was time to head home. Being ill sure puts a crimp in the holiday plans, doesn't it? I'm heading to bed early in hopes that a good night's sleep will do wonders.
Take care of your health!!!

Way back in 2005 it was my daughter's first year away from home in college. We lived in Alaska at the time and she was in school in Indiana,so we hadn't seen her since we dropped her off. I got such a miserable cold that I couldn't even go to the airport to greet her when she came home for Christmas! As you can tell, that still bothers me. For some reason, that started a few year stint where I got a bad cold just in time for Christmas. It isn't fun at all and suddenly you can't get anything done! I hope you are feeling better soon.

Awwwww! I am sorry to hear this. Get well soon - and rest, rest, rest. Hugs
ReplyDeleteTake care of yourself, drink plenty of fluids, don't forget to eat and get plenty of rest! This is the worse time of year to get sick!!
ReplyDeleteGirlie, you are not the only one. I'm sitting here with a stuffy nose too...trying to start the Farmer's Wife quilt. Hang in there!
