". . . Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew,
When I bit off more than I could chew.
But through it all, when there was doubt,
I ate it up and spit it out.
I faced it all and I stood tall;
And did it my way. . . ."
When I bit off more than I could chew.
But through it all, when there was doubt,
I ate it up and spit it out.
I faced it all and I stood tall;
And did it my way. . . ."
(Excerpt from My Way, Frank Sinatra)
Tagalong. My way. Melodramatic, aren't I? (And yes, I like the way it's turned out!)
The next challenge? Deciding how to quilt it.
I like it your way and also the new digs for your blog.
ReplyDeleteI like 'your way'...very nice!! Take care!!

oh yes - there are resting places for my eyes with your way ... it is GOOD that you ate it up and spit it out!
ReplyDeleteas for your blog background - whatever makes your boat float is good
Am I a bad influence or what? lol
ReplyDeleteI like your way better too.
I'm not so thrilled with this pattern...and I'm STILL waiting on it. Sigh.
I know with your arms/hands you probably can't but that blank space could be used for embroidery if you wanted.
I like your way too. Most of the bloggers making this month's Schnibble have stated the blocks were too busy sitting all together. I've seen a few with sashing but I like your layout.
ReplyDeleteI really like the way you laid out the blocks! You can really focus on the variations in them easier.
ReplyDeleteVery cute~ love the fabrics! At first glance, I thought it was already quilted with lines through the open blocks. ;-)
ReplyDeleteVery nice. What fabric id you use? I'm thinking it might be Garden Party.
ReplyDeleteI like it!
ReplyDeleteI like it your way too! Did you know that Paul Anka wrote the song?
