Scrap-a-thon

Is too much of a good thing just too much?

At last week's stitchery gathering, we started talking about scraps and I learned two of my friends wanted to get the Scrap Basket Sensations book, so I offered to put in an order with Amazon for all three of us.  I like this book a lot!  What's your favorite book for scrappy quilt patterns?

And who's in for this week's Scrap Basket Sunday?  If you have blocks to show us on your Sunday blog post, add your name to Mister Linky.  I'm really loving this--setting aside time each week to make blocks from scraps--and I hope you are too!

  2. I love that book as well. I've just ordered her new book from Connecting Threads (cheaper than Amazon!). I've made many quilts and have many, many bonus half squares to use up! Love it.

I also enjoy Edyta Sitar's books.
I am drawn to all of her scrappy quilts.

  7. I have her two previous books. I like that she makes projects using strips she has cut, not just the versions where they are all from one fabric collection.

  11. I am catching up on seeing what everyone did on SBS. I didn't have my camera cord with me over the weekend... but I managed to play just the same. I couldn't resist starting something new.
